ADULT BIBLE STUDY

Our Adult Bible Study takes place every Sunday morning at 9:00am in the church lounge.

*Note: However, we are on a break during the summer months of July and August.

The Adult Bible Study is typically run by our pastor, with contributions from various church members from week to week. It sometimes follows the text from the sermon that was preached the week before, as an opportunity to revisit the text and dig into Scripture in a group setting, or it covers helpful material that is outside of the scope of our current series. It is a great opportunity to ask questions, contribute things that God has shown you in the text, and to apply the Bible together to our daily lives.

Our typical format is:

• prayer

• a group reading of Scripture

• a short devotional

• an opportunity to voice questions or observations related to the text

• an open-ended study around a set of discussion questions

• prayer
